Madison + Mallory Return Policy (1/7/2025)

At Madison + Mallory, we want you to feel confident in every purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help with an easy and straightforward return process.

Our Return Guidelines:

  1. 30-Day Refund Window: Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund.

  2. Condition of Items: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box without damage to the shoes or box. Shoes returned without the box or with damage to the box will be sent back, and the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

  3. Final Sale Items: The following items cannot be returned:

    • Items marked Final Sale on the product page.

    • Items discounted 40% or more.

    • Mystery Bags.

    • Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Hats, Socks, and Undergarments (including underwear, slips, bras, and bralettes).

    • Bodysuits.

    • Self-Tan Products (mousse, spray, mitt, primer).

    • Doorbusters.

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery. Items not reported within this time frame will not be eligible for return or replacement.

  5. Address Issues: We are not responsible for reshipping items with incomplete or incorrect addresses. If items are returned to us due to an insufficient address, you may choose to have them reshipped at your expense.

  6. Non-Refundable Charges: All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How to Return:

  1. Submit an RMA: To start your return, click here and complete the form to receive an RMA number. Include your return authorization slip inside your return package.

  2. Approval Process: RMAs may be automatically approved. If manually approval is needed RMAs are approved Monday through Friday during regular business hours. RMAs submitted after 3 PM CST on Friday will be responded to the following business day.

  3. Choose a Shipping Method:

    • You have the option to use your own carrier and purchase a shipping label.

    • Alternatively, we can provide a prepaid USPS return label for $7. This amount will be deducted from your refund. *Prepaid return labels must be used within 14 days of issuance. If not used within this timeframe, the label will be automatically canceled, and a new return request will be required.

  4. Prepare Your Package: Include your return authorization slip inside your return package. Ensure the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment or store credit if requested.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. If your return is rejected, we will notify you via email with details.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

At Madison and Mallory, we are committed to providing clear and fair policies for all transactions. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms regarding chargebacks and disputes:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds for eligible returns are processed within up to 14 business days from the date we receive the returned item(s), as stated in our Return Policy. Initiating a chargeback before this timeframe has elapsed violates our store policies.

  • Chargeback Fees & Deductions: If a chargeback is filed against a transaction that follows our stated policies, we reserve the right to deduct any chargeback fees or processing costs incurred from any refund or store credit that may be owed.

  • Unauthorized Chargebacks: Chargebacks filed outside of our policy may result in order cancellations, the revocation of store privileges, or the inability to issue future refunds or credits.

  • Dispute Resolution: To ensure a smooth resolution, we encourage customers to contact our support team at support@madisonandmallory.com before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to assist with any concerns regarding returns, refunds, or order issues.

By shopping with Madison and Mallory, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Additional Notes:

  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Holiday Returns: Items purchased between November 1, 2025, and December 10, 2025, may be returned until January 10, 2026. Items must still meet all other return requirements to be eligible.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please contact us at support@madisonandmallory.com.

  • Cancel or Modify Orders: Due to high order volumes, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your sizes, quantities, and address before submitting your order. Preorders cannot be modified or canceled.

Any returns not covered by the policy above will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. This return policy is subject to change.
