Return Policy

  • We accept returns for a refund within 15 days from ship date.
  • Items must be be postmarked within 15 days of ship date to be accepted for a refund.
  • Following the 15 days, items are refundable for store credit only up to 21 days of original purchase
  • If you need to return an item please click here and complete the form. Once item is approved for return please see our ship to address below

    • All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and not damaged to be eligible for a return
    • All sale items and items discounted more than 15% are store credit only
    • Jewelry, hair accessories, hats, socks, and undergarments are final sale
    • Swimwear may be returned only within 15 days of ship date. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of ship date and hygiene liners must be in bottoms as well as all tags attached.
    • Items that appear stained, worn, or damaged (i.e. smoke, pet hair, cologne, etc) will be refused and sent back to you and will be subject to additional shipping charges
    • Shoes must be returned in original box with no damage to the shoes or the box. Shoes returned without the box or with damage to the box will be returned to you and subject to additional shipping charges 
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 3 business days, or it is considered wear and tear and not eligible for return.
  • We are NOT responsible for reshipping items with incomplete or incorrect addresses. If items are returned to us for insufficient addresses, you may choose to have the items reshipped to you at your expense
  • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). 
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Securely package your items in the package they were received or a similar package.
  • Enclose a copy of your packing slip along with your reason for returning
  • Please note you are responsible for the return shipping charges

Refund Processing Time

*Please note that returns will be processed and you will receive a refund within two weeks from the date we receive your items

Late or missing refunds 

  • If you haven’t received a refund following the two week processing time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Holiday Return Policy

  • All items purchased from November 1st - December 20th 2017 are subject to our Holiday Return Policy.
  • We will refund your items after the typical 30 day cut off for store credit only as long as items are postmarked by January 5, 2018.
  • All holiday purchases are still subject to the rest of the guidelines above
