Full-Time Social Media Assistant 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM 

📍 Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama (In-Person Only)

Madison + Mallory is looking for a full-time, creative, and self-motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team! If you're fashion-obsessed, love creating content, and have a strong eye for trends—this is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

📱 Create Content

  • Film try-ons, take mirror selfies, flatlays, and fun TikToks

  • Help brainstorm and plan content ideas for Instagram & TikTok

  • Post regularly to our social channels

🛍️ Work with New Arrivals

  • Upload new arrivals to the website and help organize collections

  • Create “Shop the Look” pages and style outfits

  • Make sure everything looks cute and on-brand online

🎀 Be Part of the Brand

  • Stay up to date on social trends and what’s performing

  • Respond to comments and DMs with personality

  • Repost customer photos and build a fun, engaged community

💻 Help Behind the Scenes

  • Assist with photoshoots and try-on content days

  • Keep media organized and ready to post

  • Occasionally help with light product tasks when needed

Who You Are:

🎬 Be featured in social media posts including Reels + TikToks
🎨 Share creative input on shoots, trends, and content ideas
📅 Flexible, part-time schedule—perfect for students or side hustlers
📍 In-person only, based in Tuscaloosa, AL

Requirements:

👗 Fits size S–L (2–12)
📏 Height range: 5’6”–5’9”
📸 Comfortable on camera and familiar with Instagram + TikTok vibes
✨ Fun personality and eye for styling
