At Madison + Mallory, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 4 PM CST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 4 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
As a small business, we appreciate your patience during high-volume periods.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Madison + Mallory is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier and the customer.
Madison + Mallory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

Contacting your local post office or carrier directly
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Madison + Mallory is not responsible for lost packages. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost Packages (In Transit)
If your package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
