I didn't get a shipping email.
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Madison + Mallory. It goes to the email you used at checkout.
Still nothing? Contact us with your order number.
My tracking hasn't updated.
New labels can take a day or two to show a carrier scan. If it still hasn't moved after that, reach out and we'll check on it.
It says delivered, but I can't find it.
Check with neighbors or household members, verify the shipping address from your confirmation email, and contact your local post office or carrier.
